Restorative Ulster is a Restorative Justice program in collaboration with UC Probation and the DA’s. This program serves young adults ages 18 to 26 facing misdemeanor or non-violent felony charges. Restorative Ulster utilizes a Restorative Justice Conference; a planned face-to-face meeting between the young adults being referred and those they have directly and indirectly affected. The conference aims to provide everyone an opportunity to discuss how they have been affected by the act and agree on how the individual referred should repair any harm caused or relationships affected.
